2000 Plus was an anthology program, using all new material rather than adapting published stories. The series was the creation of Sherman H. Dryer, who scripted and produced the series with Robert Weenolsen. Dryer directed cast members Lon Clark, Joseph Julian, Bryna Raeburn, Bill Keene and Amzie Strickland.

The Informer is based on the 1935 movie by the same name.
The plot concerns the underside of the Irish Civil War set in 1922. It stars Victor McLaglen, Heather Angel, Preston Foster, Margot Grahame, Wallace Ford, Una O’Connor and J.M. Kerrigan. McLaglen, Grahame, Ford, and Kerrigan reprise their roles in this radio episode.

Radio Hams is a short 1939 movie reel about the popularity of amateur or “ham” radio. The film was directed by Felix E. Feist and written by E. Maurice Adler. Feist was a film and television director born in New York City.
